Our Innovative Technology
Capture Carbon Dioxide and Profit!
The paramount impediment in large-scale implementation of carbon capture technologies is the added cost. Currently, capturing carbon dioxide does not have any economic benefit making it unfavourable for businesses to deploy without any governmental inference, e.g. introducing carbon tax or carbon credit.

To tackle this problem, Remedium has developed a new carbon capture technology, carbon capture battery. Carbon capture battery operates by capturing carbon dioxide from high emitting industries or air and monetizes the variation in the cost of electricity to drive down the cost of carbon capture. Our modelling results show that businesses can profit between $10-$50 for capturing 1 tonne of carbon dioxide. The second advantage of this technology is that it provides storage capability to the grid enabling wider renewable energy implementation.
